Student Organizations

The Point of Grace (TPOG) is a campus ministry that serves Milwaukee area college and university students.  

TPOG is classified as a student organization on college campuses. We are a registered organization at each involved university. These schools include: Marquette, Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), and Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) .  

If you are intrigued and are a student who desires to learn more about TPOG, we would love to hear from you. 

You do not have to attend one of the listed schools above to get involved. TPOG welcomes students from other Milwaukee area campuses too, including Cardinal Stritch Milwaukee Area Technical College(MATC), and Concordia (CUW).

Join Us For an Event

Throughout the school year, we have various opportunities for you to get involved and to meet new people. These events are great for learning about Jesus and how he cares for us. 

While classes are in session, Wednesday night Bible studies are available at the Campus House (UWM) and the Grace Center (MU and MSOE). Regardless of which school you attend, you are welcome to join the study. 

Additionally, twice each semester we host a larger event called The Gathering Series. Here, students from all four campuses gather for food, hear inspiring speakers, and discuss important topics. 

Annually, The Point of Grace hosts three major celebration events. These include: Friendsgiving the week before Thanksgiving, a Christmas party in early December, and our End of Year Celebration in early May.

Our partners in fellowship, Awake and Alive hosts a virtual Bible study and devotion on Sunday nights. This is a ministry for 18-25 year old’s. In January Awake and Alive hosts a conference. This year in 2023, it is being held in Mankato, Minnesota.

Tell Your Friends

Refer a friend to us! Bring them to Bible study or a Gathering Series event. We at The Point of Grace love meeting new people. Word of mouth is our favorite way to share the happenings here at TPOG. 

TPOG is not just the Gatherings Series or Bible classes. We have other fun events, too. Sometimes we tailgate and attend sporting events. In the Fall ‘22 semester we hosted study hours at the Campus House.

If you are need a safe place to hang out, have the desire to discuss a difficult question, or just feel the need to be encouraged, TPOG is the place for you.
